Thank you for coming in on the few days of our move and immediately after to clean all carpets, curtains and mattresses. Jane was so pleased to have the whole house thoroughly cleaned as soon as we moved in, particularly as the previous owners had cats and dogs.
When we looked at the house before buying, both Poppy and I got tight-chested every time, due to the presence of the animals. This also started again as we moved in. However, as you got through the house it was very noticeable how quickly it went away and, after two months, has not returned.

I have endured around ten years of daily symptoms, similar to hay fever. I take antihistamine and nasal drops to alleviate my breathing problems on a regular basis, which are not always effective.
I thought with a three year old mattress and dust mite covers that dust mites were a slim, if not remote possibility of causation. At my wits end I consulted an allergy web site and read about The Mattress Doctor.
It's been two weeks since the mattress was cleaned and I am not needing to take any medication and I feel happier. I can now spend time with my toddler and concentrate on her instead of my breathing and fuzzy head.

The service could not be faulted. Russell arrived on time and listened to our requirements for cleaning of a double mattress, two singles, a feather duvet and several pillows. The work was done thoroughly and methodically and the result was all that we could have wished for. Not only did the beds look fresher but it was as though they had been given a new lease of life.

I have been an asthma sufferer for years and have a son who also suffers. I read a recent article in Eve magazine which was all about getting rid of dustmites from our mattresses.
As both my son and I always get wheezy at night, even though we have the protective mattress and pillow covers, I thought I would give the company, The Mattress Doctor, a try.
It was brilliant - they come and vacuum your mattress with a powerful industrial hoover, then use an ultra violet light on it and then you can have the mattress sprayed with a natural non chemical spray. I have slept so much better at night and have noticed my son doesn't wheeze so much when he's in his bed. It seems to work - I really would recommend them.
